These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aqila platform provided by SSQ Inc. ("Aqila", "we", "us").

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using Aqila on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on its behalf.

1. The service

Aqila provides a unified platform for building, hosting, and operating websites, including managed hosting, automated SSL, a global CDN, backups, forms, analytics, and AI assistance.

We may add, change, or remove features to improve the platform. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes that affect how you use the service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.

You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Aqila is offered as a subscription, billed on a recurring basis to a single, consolidated invoice.

Fees are charged in advance and are not refundable except where required by law. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your dashboard; changes take effect according to your billing cycle.

If a payment fails, we may suspend or limit the service until the balance is resolved.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create and host on Aqila. You grant us the limited license needed to host, back up, display, and operate that content as part of providing the service.

You're responsible for ensuring your content and its use comply with applicable laws and the rights of others.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Aqila to host or distribute unlawful, infringing, malicious, or abusive content, or to disrupt the platform or other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the platform, its users, or third parties at risk.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep Aqila reliable and available, with monitoring and backups built in. Specific uptime commitments, where offered, are described in your plan.

The service is provided on an ongoing basis; occasional maintenance may be required and we'll aim to minimize disruption.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and that the service does not infringe the rights of others.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aqila will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or as required by law.

On termination, your right to use the service ends. We'll make reasonable efforts to let you export your content before deletion.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard or by email, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
